Growing our own food is not only beneficial for us, it's also beneficial for the planet.

All of the Garden Harvests shown on this page were grown on a quarter of an acre of land, organically and using permaculture techniques.

Such a diversity of produce gives our bodies all of the nutrients that we need to thrive, diversity also provides food for beneficial insects, pollinators and all kinds of wildlife.

Everything shown in these Garden Harvests is edible, including the flowers.

Artists have been capturing the beauty of vegetables, fruits and flowers for centuries. The bright colors and diversity of textures makes the food that we eat beautiful works of art in their own right.

What makes these mosaics so unique is that the produce was all grown by the artist on her property. As she harvests the food, she lays them on towels to dry and arranges them in these gorgeous patterns in hopes of inspiring others to grow their own food, attract pollinators and beneficials to their gardens and leave less of a footprint on the planet. We can all do our part to make this world a more sustainable and beautiful place!

These are one of a kind works of art. This is the first time that produce from the garden has been used to create modern, abstract art.

Each piece is made to order using the finest quality canvases. The wooden structural frame used in the stretching process is incredibly sturdy ensuring that these pieces will provide many years of enjoyment.

These Garden Harvests will brighten up any room and they work well in any décor. They can even enliven an outdoor wall as long as they're placed under a solid roof providing protection from wind, direct sunlight and rain.
